After selecting a link from a page (e.g. one of the discussion topics from a forum index like the one provided) and viewing the linked page, then returning to the original page (e.g. returning to the forum thread index), keyboard navigation will not work on that page until it is reloaded.

Clicking on the page to ensure that the right part has focus (in case any frames are on the page) has no effect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
View forum thread index (URL I give), and keyboard up/down controls work.
Click on a thread and view it, and keyboard up/down commands work.

Go back to the thread index, and try to move up-down to select another thread and keyboard navigation does not work. Page up and down, arrow keys up and down, and space bar are all affected.

Reloading the forum thread index page makes keyboard navigation work again, but until that is done, the keyboard is useless.
Actual Results:  
Failure of keyboard navigation as described.

Expected Results:  
Keyboard navigation should function at all times.

This has gone on for roughly 3-5 days (I keep nightly builds up to date).
