Windows Start page still shows the Old version of Mozilla which was upgraded from 3.2 beta to 3.4 beta

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
>upgrade from  Browser from 3.2 to  3.4  
>Go to  Windows "Start" -> check for Quick launch of Programs  (Mozilla Firefox)

Actual Results:  
Shows the old version of Browser ie., 3.2 beta

Expected Results:  
Should show the New version of Browser Upgraded

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.10 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
