43137 - M16 runs uder SYSTEM but not under user account

After installing version M16 I couldn't use it. I deleted the directory tree
[._MOZILLA] and started MOZILLA without success, message:
$ mozilla

Somebody tried to dupe without permission (yet another bugzilla bug that 
something happens at all), as bug 43138 is now assigned and has all the 
conversation I mark this one as a dupe.
