Error pages (offline mode, network timeout...) use the same level of zoom as the site that was being viewed.  This is a problem when zoomed out (ie. when browsing very large images) and an error page is thrown, the text on that Firefox generated page is unreadable small.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open any site and zoom out
2. disconnect internet
3. follow a link
Actual Results:  
Get "offline mode" page which is zoomed out.

Expected Results:  
Get "offline mode" with standard zoom.
