Upon selection of any text displayed in the above URL,the browser immediately
scolls to the bottom of the page.	

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the URL
2.Select any text near the middle of the page with the mouse
3.

Actual Results:  Page scrolls down to the bottom of the document.

Expected Results:  No scrolling

Possible error in executing the JavaScript in the page?

this is a duplicate.  will look for the original.
DUP of bug 35899, "Page scrolls on selecting text in position:relative div",
M17. The MSDN page at the url above links in 
http://msdn.microsoft.com/msdn-online/shared/css/nn4.css
as its stylesheet, and yes, there's a position:relative selector.
