The addition of the RSS-feed links makes them run into the bottom of SeaMonkey's front page: https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/seamonkey/ While you're here, can we add a colon to "Subscribe to", since it's a list? See screenshot.

So, the reason this happens in the screenshot in comment 0 is that the add-ons' description text is short, probably due to some pretty dimensionally tight CSS; when the add-ons text is longer (such as it was for a while while I verified the original bug), there's no issue. This looks bad; can we 3.4.2 this?

(Er, that came out wrong; didn't mean that the CSS crops the text--I know better than that--just that the CSS itself wrt page layout doesn't seem designed for shorter text descriptions.)

Whoops, sorry for the dupe. Didn't see this one. ;) Also see bug 432160, footer getting covered up by category list on privacy policy page.

On https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/pwreset, too (hopefully one fix fixes them all, but you never know).

Bug 438545 has a screenshot of how it happens on the right hand side of the main page too.

This was fixed with the min-height stuff. Works for me.

Unfortunately, I'm still seeing this issue on the https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/ page and also on https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/firefox/ Can you please reopen this bug or is the issue fixed but not already checked-in?

What client are you using Tobias?

(In reply to comment #14) > What client are you using Tobias? > Using Firefox 3.0, Build-ID: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; de; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0. My screen resolution is 1280 x 800 (if this has something to do with the problem.

Yes, I think the min-height "duct-taped" the problem, but still in the case of very long category names, this shows up. What is needed to fix this problem is a decently floating CSS layout.
