Need to document: prerequisites, where to obtain the sources of gcc42-5531, how to build and install them Apple way. Also document the plugin.diff => build dehydra => gty.diff => build treehydra workaround or, alternatively, fix bug 428593.

Possibly mention weird stuff: CALL_EXPR and AGGR_INIT_EXPR operands are not like linux but a chain and the like, environment variables setup for building treehydra: CXX=<installed g++ with plugin support>, DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH=<where spidermonkey 1.8 is>.
Ok, dehydra and gcc build is sort of documented. For treehydra stuff, I guess we can reopen this when treehydra docs in general will be required in the first place.
