The email composer needs some very visible indicator in the chrome to tell 
the user that the mail will be encrypted when it is sent.  I suggest that
it should display the same key icon that it displays when reading a mail
that has been decrypted.  

Likewise, the mail composer chrome should show that the message will be signed
when it is sent.  I suggest using the same pen icon used when displaying a 
signed email.

Why?  Today, I composed a very sensitive message.  I thought I had checked 
the menu item to send it encrypted, but it was sent in plain text, unencrypted.
An icon visible in the composer window would provide very welcome visible 
feedback that indeed the message was going to be encrypted, before I click 
the send button.
