If i enter incorrect login for > 3 times, after 3rd attempt it should stop. But it keeps popping up the authentication window. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.firefox browser communicates with ADFS server and pops up authentication login prompt(userid, pwd). 2.If i enter incorrect login for > 3 times, after 3rd attempt it should stop 3.it keeps popping up the authentication window. Actual Results: after 3 incorrect attempts it should stop and warn user. Expected Results: it keeps popping up the authentication window after 3 incorrect attempts it should stop and warn user.
