When downloading a file, Mozilla applications provide the user with the option to Open the file. A helper application can be selected if desired. In the "Choose Helper Application" dialog that is used to do this, there is a list of applications, as well as a "Browse..." button to choose an application not included in the list. Although it is possible to tab to this Browse button, it is impossible to activate it from the keyboard using either the space or enter keys.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit this URL: http://trac.nvda-project.org/raw-attachment/ticket/81/variantSelection.patch
2. In the open dialog presented, activate the "Browse..." button to choose an application. Note that this Browse button can be activated via the keyboard without problems.
3. In the "Choose Helper Application" dialog, tab to the "Browse..." button.
4. Press space. Also try enter.
Actual Results:
The "Browse..." button focused in step 3 cannot be activated by pressing either space or enter.

Expected Results:
It should be possible to activate this button by pressing space or enter.
