Open File menu.

Observe that the Quit menu item is not the last in the menu. 'Print Plus' 
appears after it.

Expected: Quit should be the last menu item in file menu.
reassign : ben. Under Mail, this menu item appears before QUIT in the FILE menu.

This also effects the Address Book.

afaik, this has been resolved for the case of the Browser. bug 46137 was opened
for the case of the Mail window.
