I've  revised the policy document describing Modules and Module Ownership to reflect the new module for Module Ownership as the oversight and excalation mechanism; basically I changed references from "[e-mail]" to the owners and peers of the new Module Ownership Module.  Soon it will be time to update this to reflect non-coding modules.  I'd like to treat that as a separate bug.

I have a revised version, marked to show changes.  It's in pdf, though I won't know what bugzilla does with this till i try it.  I had trouble finding an open tool to compare the old document with the new one, once I had edited it.  I can attach a text version, but it won't show the changes.

Revised policy checked into CVS, now live.
resolving as fixed.
