We don't need MRJ and MRJCarbon in Mozilla 2. This is part of removing the xpcom plugin API.
This is a placeholder for the 1.7 MB patch that removes all contents in the following directories: mozilla/plugin/oji/MRJ mozilla/plugin/oji/MRJCarbon

fix v1.0
Neither of these will work without the plugin XPCOM API, so there's no
point keeping them around after it's gone.
