User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 Build Identifier: 5.00.2195 Service pack 4 I received receipt from Worden Brothers (www.worden.com) that when opened in Internet Explorer, appears and prints correctly. However, when I try to do the same thing using Thunderbird, one line of the message is displayed and printed partially on top of another line. I am not a programmer, so I do not know what to place in the lower boxes. I could forward the message if that would help. thank you. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.

And I'd check if the message displays correctly in firefox and/or opera too. (Especially if both display something differently, usually it's an IE bug.)
