If Firefox is unable to establish a connection can't establish a connection to the server since
- the site is temporarily unavailable
- the computer's network connection don't work.
- the computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy with incorrect settings interfering with Web browsing.
then it never load/update proper favicon of web server.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Simulate broken network connection (e.g. disconnect the net cabel).
2. Open any website.
3. "Failed to Connect" page will be shown.
4. Make network connection working again (plug in the net cabel)
Actual Results:
Warning favicon "yellow traingle" will be associated with the webpage forever.
Expected Results:
Proper favicon of web page should be loaded and associated with the item.
