The right edge of the chevron overflow menu of the bookmarks toolbar doesn't go to the edge of the screen, making it disappear when trying to drag and drop something by guiding it along the screen edge. The chevron button goes to the edge, but not the menu, throwing off anyone who drags a bookmark onto the button at the edge of the screen, as the menu disappears when dragging down the edge of the screen when the cursor touches this small sliver of the tab bar that is visible. Steps to reproduce: 1. Place enough bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar to have it overflow. 2. Drag a bookmark over the chevron button to the right edge of the screen. 3. Drag the bookmark down the menu along the edge of the screen. Actual result: The overflow menu disappears. Expected result: The menu goes to the edge of the screen so that it doesn't disappear.
