(Whiteboard: [MU+])

Firefox 3 will require that users agree to the Firefox EULA v3.0. Major update snippets include a parameter for a URL where the client downloads the EULA from. We need to make sure that parameter is set properly to fetch EULA v3.0 at

http://%LOCALE%.www.mozilla.com/%LOCALE%/firefox/3.0/eula

Fixed by attachment 327169 [details] [diff] [review] on bug 394046. Actually with an /index.html suffix but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
