Moving EULA to v3.0 for Firefox 3. This URL needs to contain a HTML version which can be fetched and displayed by the major update bug.

You can find versions of the EULA in bug 432167 - note that ALL CAPS isn't needed, and we can use boldface for emphasis instead.
oh, I did this in bug 432167. Didn't know there was a separate bug for this.
