Right now, when an approver sees an article in the 'waiting for review' list, there's a link to "View changes since last approval." It links to an inline diff. If you just use the "history" link on each article, it defaults to HTML diff. Every contributor I've talked to prefers side-by-side view; so let's set the default on "View changes since last approval" and "History" to side-by-side.
