Iceweasel/2.0.0.14, SeaMonkey 1.1.6, Mozilla 1.7 displays the attached html page incorrectly.
There is also screenshot of this bug.

Please excuse me for big html size. I've reduced it as I can.

Background:black style applying even after closing /table tag.

If one or some rows of the table be removed from the table then problem
will disappearing.

I think the problem is related to the large height of the table (~50000px).
If you scroll to the end then resize the window, scroll up/down a bit,
you will see the black background at the end change to white (partially) 
sometimes, using Fx 2.0.0.14 on Ubuntu.
The problem does not seem to occur with Fx 3.0pre (2008050504).

Dmitry, can you reproduce the problem in a recent trunk build?

Ok, thanks for testing.  It's a WONTFIX for Firefox 2.x which we only
fix security bugs for (and regressions from those fixes).
