43241 - please add value and synonym names to Adding dialogs

in the wallet editor, whenever you click the Add New Value or Add New Synonym
button, the Adding dialog says, "Enter a new value for the field," or "Enter
another value that means the same thing" [respectively].

it would be more clear to the user if the actual name of the value/synonym is
dynamically placed in the Adding dialog. that way they can tell which particular
item their adding a value/synonym to.

for example, let's say you have the home.state field:

* if there's only 1 value (eg, CA) and you wish to add another field value (eg,
AZ), you can click the home.state field (left panel) then click the Add New
Value button. the resulting dialog could then say, "Enter a new value for the
home.state field."

* let's say there's only 1 value (again, eg, CA) and you wish to add a synonym
for that field value (eg, California). you can click on CA under the upper-right
panel (labelled "Values for home.state"), then click the activated Add New
Synonym button (lower-right panel labelled "Synonyms for CA"). the resulting
dialog could then say, "Enter another value that means the same as CA."

vrfy fixed using 2000.07.17.08 comm bits on linux and winnt, and equiv moz bits
on mac.
