A lot of changes have been made that have not been built or tested on Linux. We need to port the current trunk and implement new features (system tray icon, system menu customization, etc.) where possible.

Basic functionality seems to work fine in latest trunk (with bug 415948) landed. Let's keep this as a tracking bug for adding operating system-dependent features.

I installed Prism on a clean Firefox 3.0 on Ubuntu 8.04, and the desktop launcher does not work. Error Console: Error: Warning: unrecognized command line flag -app Source File: file:///usr/lib/firefox-3.0/components/nsBrowserContentHandler.js Line: 662 Error: Warning: unrecognized command line flag -webapp Source File: file:///usr/lib/firefox-3.0/components/nsBrowserContentHandler.js Line: 662 Here is the command it is trying to resolve: "/usr/lib/firefox-3.0/firefox" -app "/home/brian/.mozilla/firefox/<random>/extensions/refractor@developer.mozilla.org/prism/application.ini" -override "/home/brian/WebApps/reader@prism.app/override.ini" -webapp reader@prism.app Let me know if I should file a new bug about this, I could not find similar.
