The text in the Security tab of the Page Info dialog contradicts itself. Specifically, it says:
* This web site does not supply identity information.
* This web site provides a certificate to verify its identity.
Not quite sure how it can "not supply identity information" while "providing a certificate to verify its identity". The second line comes almost immediately after the first. This looks confusing and unpolished.

I agree this appears confusing.
I guess the explanation is, this "does not supply identity" belongs to "missing owner".
I guess the page intends to say "the owner is unknown".
