I need to change a couple of window sizes in order to pass the litmus set of tests for RC1 opting in. The rest is rewording, typos and acceskeys fixing.

I'm not sure that the partial translation of the book of mozilla is the best way to do it, but that's a minor detail.

Looking at bonsai, this landed, including the translation of the book. Marking FIXED.
Technically, local changes to a patch invalidate reviews and approvals given here, just for future reference. I'll let that slip this time around, but please keep that in mind.
