In Firefox 3 Telugu characters are not displaying properly. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open any site that contains Telugu characters say http://tv5news.in/
2.open the same in IE6 or 7
3.see the deference
Actual Results:  
The page showing as follows in FF3 http://picasaweb.google.com/bhanuprabhakar.b/DropBox/photo?authkey=AihWCoaqtdA#5198155335876310018

Expected Results:  
The characters should display as in http://picasaweb.google.com/bhanuprabhakar.b/DropBox/photo?authkey=AihWCoaqtdA#5198154489767752690
