43316 - Selecting an account shows the thread pane for the previous account

Build 2000-06-20-09-M17

1. Select the inbox (or any other folder) of one account.  The messages 
associated with that account are shown in the thread pane.

2. Select the Account Name of a different account.  The thread pane still 
displays the messages associated with the previous account in the thread pane. 
This is confusing for users who believe they are now viewing the messages for a 
different account.

Expected Results:  
a. At a minimum, the thread pane should go blank when the account name level is 
selected.
b. Better: Display the following text in the thread pane: ""There are no 
messages available at this level. Please select a folder." 
c. Better: "There are no messages available at this level. Please select a 
folder. To view settings for this account click here." (where "here" is a link 
to the Account Settings dialog for the selected account).
d. Better: Provide static account information and a link to the Account Settings 
dialogs.  Becomes 2 pane mail instead of 3 pane mail.
