Steps to reproduce:
-> Install the about:accessibilityenabled Extension
-> Go to about:accessibilityenabled
-> JS Errors in the Debug Output

* Call to xpconnect wrapped JSObject produced this error:  *
[Exception... "'[JavaScript Error: "Permission denied to create wrapper for object of class XPCComponents_Interfaces" {file: "xpcwrappedjsclass.cpp" line: 1574}]' when calling method: [nsIAboutModule::getURIFlags]"  nsresult: "0x80570021 (NS_ERROR_XPC_JAVASCRIPT_ERROR_WITH_DETAILS)"  location: "JS frame :: chrome://browser/content/places/utils.js :: PU_createFixedURI :: line 133"  data: yes]

I clearly shouldn't have just kept bumping version compat.  Fixed in version 1.2 (which is still in the sandbox on AMO but available at http://dbaron.org/mozilla/about-accessibilityenabled/ ).

Not sure if this bug actually belongs in Bugzilla, though.
