43352 - Personal Dictionary list is replicated when adding new words

1. open either an existing page or new page. If a new page, enter several lines 
of text, making sure to add several unique words such as Netscape, AOL, DTD, 
XML.
2. select spelling from toolbar or menu
3. when the unique words are found and is displayed in the text field of the 
spell check dialog, select add. Repeat this for the several unique words.
4. Relaunch spell check and select Edit from the dialog
5. in the edit personal dictionary dialog, enter a word in the text field and 
select add.

What happens: personal dictionary list gets replicated. If you close the edit 
dialog and reopen it, the list is refreshed

There were changes to the <tree> syntax that required changing all our uses
for lists a couple of days ago -- this problem was fixed by those changes.
