the previous build had this error: buildbot.slave.commands.TimeoutError: SIGKILL failed to kill process

Dietrich, I restarted your build on the other windows slave - it should be OK there, I'll keep an eye on it though.
Looks like dump_syms.exe hung on the previous build...probably a random failure. I expect the next one to be OK. Re-open if it continues to be a problem.
