Details

With a current Lightning nightly on a current TB2 nightly (2.0.0.15pre) on WinXP:

1. The right drop-down on the 'Mark completed' button cannot be activated, even 
   though the toolbarbutton is defined as type="menu-button". The reason is a 
   missing <menupopup> definition in the toolbarbutton code.
2. Clicking the 'Priority' button in the toolbar does nothing.

No errors in the error console. Berend, any idea?
This is the same failure as already reported in Bug 416594.
