Details

Collect at least one cookie.  Bring up cookie viewer.  Force window to be 
redrawn (because of bug 43200).  Now try to select one of the cookies.  Nothing 
happens.  Selected cookie does not get hilighted.

Looks like this might be more fallout from bug 43126.

cleared this up.
