43376 - horizontally oriented radiobuttons repaint poorly when selected

not sure if this is already known, but i see this using 2000.06.21.08 commercial
bits on all platforms --it's most obvious when using the classic skin, but can
also be seen with the modern skin as well. do reassign to the right
person/component if needed.

anyhow, to see this:
1. open Preferences dialog.
2. go to either the Mail and Newsgroups category, or the Fonts category.
3a. if you go to M & N, toggle the radiobuttons for the window layout style.
3b. if you go to Fonts, toggle the radiobuttons for default type.

observe: the radiobuttons shift horizontally (sometimes leave a bit a graphical
kruft) as you select 'em.

note: doesn't happen with vertically oriented radiobuttons (ie, <radiogroup ...
orient="vertical" ...>), such as in the Navigator and several of the advanced
subcategories (Cookies, Proxies...).

Was/is the lingering part of bug #37551 for mail and news panel. Not a
regression in mail and news panel.

Not seeing this in Linux Classic prefs, but do see it in the testcase.
Mozilla1.0 nomination. I guess this is a layout bug not preferences?
