43392 - Account Wizard keeps reappearing if system's internet config setting is blank.

Account Wizard display in loop after select "finish" for completing new account 
creating.


1) After create a mail new account from the account wizard.
2) When trying to create the second account for news.
3) After select the "finish" button of the account wizard for trying to 
completing the second new news account.
4) Actual Results: the new account setup dialog display again, it seems it start 
to create account again in loop, after selecting "cancel" still display the new 
account setup dialog again (loop & cannot stop the creating the new account 
wizard)

Expected results: After select the "Finish" should complete the new account 
creating, shouldn't display/loop the new account setup again. Also after select 
the "cancel" button should dismiss this new account setup dialog.

Problem only occurred on Mac 9.0 -- adding pp, regression & nsbeta2 keywords.

Weird! I saw this problem yesterday. But it seems that I can not reproduce 
this problem again by using the same build???......

Reopening this bug again since I can reproduce it again in front of nbaca & 
sspitzer.... it seems that this is causing by "blank setting" from the internet 
config.

Build 2000-06-21-08M17: Mac 9.04
At first I was Unable to duplicate the problem with my default settings using a 
migrated account, a new profile, even after deleting my registry and user 
profiles.

Then I was Able to reproduce the problem:
- I went to Control Panel|Internet and deleted "nbaca" from the Name field in 
the Personal tab.
- Created a new profile in mail
- Launched the Wizard and strange characters appeared in the Your Name field in 
the Identity panel.
- I deleted the strange characters and proceeded through the dialogs to create 
an IMAP account.
- After selecting "Finish" I could see the IMAP account in Account Settings
- Tried selecting the "New Account" button but it appears that nothing happens. 
Eventually the Wizard appears but it took a long time.
- Selected the radio button to create a News account
- In the Identity panel I typed in the Your Name and Email address, selected 
Next and it looped back to the original Wizard dialog.
- Closed Netscape6
- To revert back to normal I went back to Control Panel|Internet and typed 
"nbaca" in the Name field
- Created a new profile, created an IMAP account (Identity panel automatically 
shows "nbaca" for the Your Name field), created a News account but after 
selecting the Finish button the Wizard begins again. Even after created another 
mail account after selecting the Finish button it still launches the Account 
Wizard.  The workaround is to Cancel.

now to test if this bug goes away.

I believe that Seth fixed bug 43548 and fix this bug as well.....marking as fix 
in order to verify this bug.
