This works properly on Mac, XP, Vista, and 2000. It works in the following browers on the above metioned platforms - Safari, IE, Opera, Firefox 2. Here's the catch....

Once you update to the latest Flash Player 9.0.124, you can click on a link. If you go forward the flash works fine. If you hit the back button in your browser, it doesn't play at all. In fact, it disappears. We've tried, without success, to replicate this with another platform, etc. So far, the only constant has been Firefox 3 b5. It does it in Mac as well as PC.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.cox.smu.edu
2. Click on a link the flash navigation & wait for page to load
3. Click back button in browser
Actual Results:
You would expect the flash to be present and play

Expected Results:
It doesn't load. Just blank areas where there should be flash.

It should be loading and playing the flash. I have a thought that this might be due to the fact that I have my cache disabled. Perhaps the back button is looking for the cached copy which isn't there?
This was fixed after 3.0b5, feel free to verify using 3.0-RC1:
