Hi,
maybe I am doing something, maybe this is related to bug 434062.
I am looking for a way to get a list of all bugs at least one patch as attachment that does not have the dev- (locally defined flag) set. http://tinyurl.com/5c2u8f excludes bug 98 which has one patch with dev- but another one without the flag
Am I just setting up the query incorrectly?
