the password manager bar slides very slowly in and out.
there was a similar issue on one of the earlier betas but it was subsequently fixed.
it's back again.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a website that requires log-in
2. enter log-in information
3. observe that password manager bar slides in very slowly
Expected Results:
quicker response on password manager slide in/out
