434161 - Monthly Grid has to be sent twice before printer gets print signal

under monthly grid mode printing, all selections have to be chosen and sent to printer as normal except nothing happens. Then immediately re-doing exact same thing & file sent to printer. If in a later session, same double entries are required to get a file printed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Print
2.Select Monthly grid
3.select dates
4.select print
5.printer window appears & select OK to print
6.window closes & nothing happens
7.repeat exact same steps & file will print
Actual Results:  
you get a grid printed

Expected Results:  
print the file on the first try not the second identical selection entry

This only started after I updated to 0.8 and created another printing bug as well, explained seperately
