Renaming a smart bookmarks folder changes the name in the Library and the bookmark properties, but does not update in the Bookmarks menu until after the browser is restarted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Library and perform a search for bookmarks
2. Save the search as "Test"
3. Rename the smart bookmark folder to "Test 2" within the Library or the properties
Actual Results:  
The bookmarks menu will not reflect the change, but the Library and properties will.

Expected Results:  
The bookmarks menu should reflect the smart bookmark folder name change.
