This happens with all Content Types every time I've tried. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Select Tools | Options | Applications 2. Alter an Action for any Content Type 3. Select Cancel Actual Results: All changes are saved. Expected Results: All changes are disregarded.

I've noticed that this bug does not affect changing settings for web feeds or podcasts.
