If you have two windows open, each containing a java applet, attempts to move one of them by dragging the title bar causes strange behavior. As you drag the topmost window, they both flicker violently and sometime change places.
Open the page http://www.mathopenref.com/trapezoidarea.html and go down about halfway on the right side and click on "calculator". Both these windows contains a Java applet. Now try and move the smaller window by dragging its title bar to see the mis-behavior.
Reproducible: Always
