FKA settings don't matter

Tested with 2.0a1pre (1.9pre 2008051800) on 10.5.2
And with a build with patch for bug 433797.

Regression range: same as bug 433797, from either bug 390401 or bug 390909.

This is possibly a variation on bug 352582, or bug 424906 comment 14.

This now work correctly, as far as I've been able to test so far (10.5.5).
Fixed by the landing of the tab chain bugs: bug 441828, bug 280963 or bug 152987.

It was failing with previous nightlies, e.g build 2008091800 and 2008091900). but works with 2.0a1pre (1.9.0.3pre 2008091919) (tinderbox build).

Eiichi, how's that on 10.4.11 ? (you need a build later than the 0919 nightly).
