The progress bar does not change for downloads. However percentage shown in title bar changes up until 99%, after which nothing happens. The file I downloaded opens so the download *is* actually complete.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Follow URL provided.
2. Observe Download Manager.
I tried to "Cancel" the download and clear the download list too. The download manager did not respond at all.
I tried re-downloading the file, but it did not show the new file in the download manager.
I closed the download manager and re-opened it. It showed both files there, but the progress bars were empty.

Follow up: Strangely enough, when I restarted Firefox today, it realised my downloads from yesterday (the ones above) had finished.

This happens to me as well in Firefox 3.06; the download manager progress bar gets stuck (right now I have three stuck at "Starting") even though the file has actually downloaded and finished. Clicking cancel does nothing. I'm running Vista 64.
