When I have more than 3 windows open, the side mouse go back button becomes inoperative and instead brings up the bottom "find" toolbar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have more than 3 windows open
2.Have more than 4 tabs open in each window
3.Start surfing and use side "go back" button on mouse
Actual Results:

Expected Results:

the mouse side "go Back" button should have functioned correctly and consistently and allowed me to go back to the previous page I was on
