Seriously... I'm not kidding, I had this (or some variation) twice today...

(AKA, what is firefox, aka, I have firefox, OK?, aka what does firefox do?)
Too vague. What are you trying to achieve? We already have http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Using+Firefox
I guess I was looking for "what IS Firefox" or "what does Firefox do"... I don't know how to better say that.

And that using Firefox page needs lots more screenshots.
For "what IS firefox" people should really visit the product page. I think people who don't realize what it is generally aren't installing it first.

Agreed on screenshots for that other page though.
