crashes if history is in "view by date and site" mode and history is open (on the left side) AND a page is loading at the same time that should appear in the history while it is open

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open history(using CTRL-h), change to date and start mode. Expand todays section.
2.Close history (CTRL-h)
3.Start loading a new page(not viewed before today), one that will take a little while so you have time for the next steps.
4.While page is loading, re-open history (ctrl-h)
5.fatal crash :(
Actual Results:  
fatal crash

Expected Results:  
fatal crash

the new page should show up in history (and not crash!)

I forgot to say, firefox restores pages fine on the restart, except for the page that made it crash. Since it was not added to the history, it has no memory of this page.
