Can not import ics files between two local calendars

Details
Steps:
1. Create two local calendars, A & B. Ensure there are some events exist in A ;
2. Export calendar A as A.ics
3. Try to import A.ics to B
A warning dialog will pop out to say :
XX item(s) were ignored since they exist in both the destination calendar and /path/A.ics

Items must be globally unique. Currently you can import an event/task if it already exists. For importing existing events see Bug 325449. For the incorrect dialog see Bug 379887.
