Yesterday afternoon (21may), a minute/two after 15:00pst, using my desk phone, I tried a few times to phone Christian in Europe. One of my attempts at dialing *out* connected me to someone else who was dialing *in* for a conference call with Alex&Mary here in MV.
The person who was dialing *in* had dialed the main switchboard (65)903-0800. Unclear if they had already dialed the x91 part or not.
When I was dialing out, I tried a few times, dialing 901145...(Christian's personal cellphone) and also dialing x650 (Christian's VOIP extension). Each time I was dialing from my desk phone, x294.
Hope the above discription makes sense - it was quite weird. Was there anything going on with phone / ringring at the time?

ps: After that one weird mis-connect, I was able to retry and eventually made
contact with Christian. This mis-connect only happened once.

Not anything we can do about this aside from going 100% SIP. It's a side effect of using analog POTS lines for the main phone number. It's just like at home if you were to pick up the phone right as someone called you and it hadn't rung yet, you'd still get them there. Completely a timing issue.
