User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052113 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052113 Firefox/3.0 ancestry.co.uk has a timeline div, with a number of divs which should stack under each other. Since 3.0 they just get stuffed in. Don't know if it's an ancestry problem or firefox regression. Please advise Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Unzip person.zip (preserving folder) 2. Load in Firefox3 3. compare with firefox 2 Actual Results: Firefox3 doesn't achieve the intended layout. Expected Results: Layout as firefox 2 Complete & unhacked pages: http://bowlands.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ancestry2.jpg (the good screenshot, from windows/fox2) http://bowlands.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ancestry3.png (the broken one, from ubuntu8/fox3.0b5) http://bowlands.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ancestry.3b5.tar.gz (the whole page zipped up).
I also received this same bug exactly as outlined above accessing the main ancestry.com page from the US. I am using the final release version of Firefox 3 running on Windows XP SP3 OS. As Chris stated above, the page displays correctly in Firefox 2, but is not aligned correctly in FF3.
Do you still see this problem using the most recent versions of all components? If you do not, please close the bug with resolution set to WORKSFORME. (Or INVALID if caused by an add-on) If you do see the problem, please comment in the bug.
