Details
With different product/project groups using the same Mozilla Litmus install now, it has become necessary to rethink how we handle daily reporting.
Right now we have a single daily_report.pl script that sends email to a single list of addresses contained in the localconfig file.
We should move this report config data into the database, and creat a UI to allow each set of product admins to define:
* who gets to see the report. We can either have product admins specify new addresses, or select existing Litmus accounts. I haven't decided which to do here yet. The current QA report goes to the QA alias which obviously isn't signed up as a Litmus user.
* which parts of the report they want to see: failed test results, unclear test results, new testcases, changed testcases
