43532 - Can't start netscp6 after clean build

On Windows NT - 

1) Did a clean mozilla build from scratch
2) cd \ns
3) nmake /f client.mak clobber_all
4) nmake /f client.mak pull_all
5) nmake /f client.mak ==> missing l10n directory
6) del client.mak
7) cvs update client.mak
8) nmake /f client.mak ==> l10n directory gets built
9) cd \ns\dist\win32_D.OBJ\bin
10) start netscp6 using a previously created profile ==> hangs and never see 
browser come up. Stuck on splash screen.

debug windows show:

this is most likely needing to remove mozregistry and mozver.dat, possibly a
corrupt profile, or just an old profile that no longer works.
